Which is very important Communication or knowledge???

Before Strating i want to tell something about my self i am mba finance student. Today i am writting my feelings. I am having a stammering problem from my childhood. I think everybody sholud know about this problem. it is non curable. it's can be controlled up to a certain limit. After B.com i had a great feared to do my MBA because of my stammering Problem. But my parents supported me a lot and then i took admission for MBA. In my MBA i got a great support from my friends and teachers also. which gave me a lot of confidence to face the challeges. But after complition of my Mba i went to bangloare for the searching of Job. Here i got a lots of difficulties while facing the interview. So today i want to ask something who will going to read my blog..

IS communation is all that a company Want OR Knowledge is having some weightage.???

I choose the subject Finance in my Mba because i heard that in finance is all about knowledge and all. communication should not be a bar here. but here its a totally different story.. Ok leave it.. Today i wrote all this because i felt really bad today of my stammering problem. Why god is so rude to me...
